Iran Press/ Middle East: The fourth of Shaban is the birth anniversary of Hazrat Abulfazl al-Abbas and this day is named "Veteran war disabled Day" in Iran.
Hazrat Abbas, also known as AbuFazl (Father of Virtue), was the son of Imam Ali (AS), the Muslim caliph, and the first Shia imam.
Hazrat Abbas fought as the standard-bearer of his brother Imam Hussain (AS), in the Battle of Karbala on 10 Muharram 61 AH (Ashura) and was martyred (10 October 680 CE).
These days, the Holy Shrine of Hazrat Abbas and Imam Hussain in Karbala is full of Imam Hussein and Hazrat Abbas's lovers.
