Tehran (IP) - Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian in a meeting with International Relations experts stressed the importance of "national integrity and consensus" as a key pillar for addressing both foreign policy challenges and domestic issues. He underscored the need for the government to bolster national consensus and support within the country to effectively navigate foreign policy and international relations.

Iran Press/Iran news: Iran's President welcomed the holding of regular expert meetings in all fields, and considered creating belief and a deep understanding of the country's complex issues to be the main duty of university professors.

Pezeshkian stated that today, "national integrity" is our main point of reliance for solving not only foreign policy issues, but also all the problems within the country, adding: " In order for the government to have a solid footing in the field of foreign policy and the international system, it must first be able to strengthen national integrity within the country and among the people.

In another part of his speech, Pezeshkian stressing that US cruel sanctions even affect the behavior of our friendly and neighboring countries and cause some countries to retreat from their past commitments, added: "We would welcome the opportunity to pursue and implement our past commitments with various countries, but US sanctions are undeniable in the behavior of other countries that have executive and development commitments with us."
