Iran Press/ Europe: The meeting of the heads of the foreign policy and international affairs committees of the member states of BRICS was held on Friday when the participants set the agenda for the upcoming meeting.
On Thursday, a meeting with representatives of parliamentary foreign affairs committees from BRICS countries was convened in Moscow.
Ebrahim Rezaei, head of the Iran-Russia parliamentary friendship group and a member of the National Security and Foreign Policy Committee of the Iranian Parliament, represented Iran in the event.
BRICS is comprised of Brazil, China, Russia, India and South Africa as well as six new members namely Iran, Saudi Arabia, the UAE, Egypt, Argentina and Ethiopia.
