Iran Press/Middle East: Iranian Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif, who is on a visit to Lebanon, in a telephone conversation with Ziyad al-Nakhalah, secretary-general of the Islamic Jihad Movement, expressed regret over the agreement reached between Abu Dhabi and the Zionist regime, and condemned the move, saying: "This behavior will increase the hatred of the people of the region and Palestine against these policies."
"We are confident that this treacherous move will not affect the resistance of the Palestinian people and the resistance movement, and will certainly increase the hatred of the people of the region and Palestine for these policies against the Palestinian cause," added Zarif.
In this conversation, Ziad al-Nakhaleh, while appreciating the Islamic Republic of Iran's constant support for the Palestinian cause, blasted the UAE-Israel agreement, saying: "This vicious act will not affect the resistance of the Palestinian people."
