Hamas: Sanctions imposed against ICC reflect US aggressive logic

Tehran (IP)- A spokesman for the Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas), Hazem Qassem, on Thursday night talked about the US government's sanctions against the International Criminal Court (ICC) and said that "the US action reflects the bullying logic of the US government."

Iran Press/Middle East"The purpose of US sanctions against Hague is to support the leaders of the occupying regime of Israel who committed war crimes and encourage them to continue their aggression against the nation and our people and to continue disobeying international law and human rights," Qassem said.

In this regard, the Islamic Jihad Movement also announced that US sanctions against the International Criminal Court provide cover for Israeli crimes against the Palestinian people.

US President Donald Trump on Thursday signed a decree, sanctioning the International Criminal Court and its staff.

The decree has imposed an international sanction on the International Criminal Court.

According to the decree, travel by those employees of the International Criminal Court who, without US consent, are directly involved in investigating the war crimes of the US military and intelligence official in Afghanistan, will be restricted.
