Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) on Tuesday released photographs of its' recent missile strike on terrorists in Syria.

Iran PressIran news: The IRGC Aerospace Force on Tuesday released the images its pilotless aircraft have taken from the ground zero during the recent missile and drone strike against the positions of terrorists in Syria.

Following the missile strike, the IRGC flew seven combat drones and bombed the positions and strongholds used for accommodating and supporting the terrorists.

Commenting on the photos of the target zone, IRGC Aerospace Force Commander Brigadier General Amir Ali Hajizadeh said the eastern parts of the Euphrates and the bases of ISIS terrorist group are fully supported by the US forces and have a specific position.

On October 1st, Iran launched missiles attack on east of Euphrates in  eastern Syria to target culprits of the recent terror attack in the southwestern Iranian city of Ahvaz.

Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC) announced in a statement that the strike took place in early Monday by the IRGC’s Aerospace Division, killing and injuring a large number of Takfiri terrorists and ringleaders of the September 22 attack.

The Monday retaliatory attack came 9 days after more than 20 people were killed in Ahvaz terrorist attack, which was simultaneously claimed by the Saudi Arabia-linked al-Ahwaziya terrorist group, and the Daesh Takfiri terror outfit, which is suspected of receiving Saudi patronage.

4 terrorists opened fire on soldiers and civilians during a military parade. 25 people, including a four-year-old child, lost their lives.

The attack happened during a ceremony marking the anniversary of the day Iraq attacked Iran and imposed an 8-year war on the country. 

Three of the terrorists were shot dead at the scene while a fourth was arrested and later succumbed to his wounds, armed forces spokesman Brigadier General Abolfazl Shekarchi said.
