Tehran(IP): Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), at the closing ceremony of the Iranian National Conference named "Newly Emerging Maritime Opportunities and Threats", said that the Islamic Revolution was a revival of Iran's lost geopolitical power.

Iran PressIran news: According to Iran press news agency, Major General Salami, the Chief Commander of the Islamic Revolution Guard Corps,at the closing ceremony of "Newly Emerging Maritime Opportunities and Threats" Conference, stated that Islamic Revolution was a revival of Iran's lost geopolitical power.

He added: "Iran today is the same as Iran before the revolution in terms of its intrinsic geographical values, but the relationship between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the sea after the Islamic revolution is totally different."

After the Islamic revolution, the direction of geopolitical vectors changed and the geographical power of the country returned to the political body of the country, Salami added.

Major General Salami emphasized that the Islamic revolution of Iran was the revival of the lost geopolitical glory of the country.
