Iran Press/ America: The fourth round of the World Company Sports Games was held with the participation of athletes from well-known and prestigious companies from more than fifty countries in the city of Leon, Mexico, in more than twenty-five sports fields.
Iranian teams were crowned as champions in the track and field, seven-a-side football, and volleyball.
Iran's teams participated in the World Company Sports Games with four teams in three group sports and stand first in all three fields.
In track and field, the team of Amir Kabir Petrochemical Company won 12 gold medals, 10 silver medals, and 8 bronze medals. Iran's National Copper Industry bagged a gold medal in seven-a-side football.
In volleyball, the two teams of Mobarakeh Steel Company and Wagon Pars MAPNA Group defeated all their opponents and faced each other in the final match.
The city of Catania, Italy, will host the fifth edition of the World Company Sports Games from June 19 to June 24, 2024.
