Iran Press/Iran news: Mohammadi Araghi in the sideline session of the 33rd International Islamic Unity Conference, said that Islamic societies should pursue the common goal of solidarity and unity.
He went on referring to the speech of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution on Friday morning, part of which addressed the enemies' efforts to create division among Muslims and its consequences including the 60-year displacement of Palestinians, Araghi highlighted the importance of social networks in modern societies and said: "Today's world is the world of communication".
Pointing out to the US financial support of about 950 NGOs through the social media in Iraq to corrupt mislead the Iraqi youth, the Iranian official stressed on the heavy responsibility of Islamic Ummah to thwart the plot.
At the end of the meeting, the Secretary of the World Forum for Proximity of Islamic Schools of Thought Ayatollah Mohsen Araki, joined the meeting to donate the guest's honorary diploma.
