Tehran (IP) – Iran's Health Ministry announced on Saturday that COVID-19 had killed 128 patients during the past 24 hours, bringing the total death toll to 80,941.

Iran PressIran News: According to definitive laboratory findings from yesterday to June 05, 2021, 2,960,751 people in the country have contracted COVID-19, and 2,537,092 of the total infected people recovered.

Newly diagnosed patients with COVID-19 were 6,442 cases, out of whom 973 patients were hospitalized.

3,808 COVID-19 patients are in intensive care units (ICUs).

So far, 20,562,209 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted across Iran.

According to the latest analysis, 16 cities are red, 201 are orange, and 231 are yellow zones.

So far, 4,178,125 people have received the first dose of the COVID vaccine, 579,934 people have received the second dose, and the total number of vaccines injected in the country reached 4,758,059 doses.
