Tehran (IP) - The advisor to the CEO of Hotel Homa Group reported protocols developed according to the standards of the World Health Organization (WHO) and the country's Health Ministry to be practiced in the hotel across Iran.

Iran Press/Iran News: In an exclusive interview with Iran Press on Wednesday on the observation of the health protocols in hotels following the coronavirus outbreak in Iran, Mohammad Kiani said with the outbreak of the coronavirus, an examination process in hotelling and tourism industry was conducted to find approaches to cleaning accommodation centers.

There were protocols developed according to the standards of the World Health Organization and the country's Health Ministry, which was unveiled in Iran's Homa Hotels in Tehran and will be practiced in the hotel groups all across the country, Kiani said.

The tourists are assumed as a potential carrier of the virus so their fever is measured, passed through disinfection tunnels spraying 5-micron drops not touching their faces and heads, with the floor also being disinfected, then they receive masks and gloves, and are provided with disinfectants, he explained.

He also explained that disinfectants also would be available for the tourists in the elevators as well as in the rooms of the hotels. 

Kiani noted that it is the first time that the intermediary link between the hotelling industry and  Iran's universities has been operationalized through knowledge-based companies providing hotels with Snop nano-disinfectants.
