Iran Press/Iran News: Speaking at the inauguration ceremony of 5 large industrial and mining projects in Isfahan and Khorasan Razavi provinces via video conference on Thursday, Iranian President Hassan Rouhani, said that the developmental projects show that sanctions have no impacts on Iranian nation' s will.
Rouhani stressing the inaugurations are conducted across Iran amid the coronavirus pandemic and in a time that the country is under the heaviest sanctions, Rouhani asserted that the crises did not hinder the country's progress.
He stressed that Iran enjoys three important points of strength in industry sector; the raw materials which are extracted from the country's mine-rich lands, Technology self-sufficiency such that 60-70 percent of which is domestic, and the export area.
With regard to export, the President highlighted that steps should be taken to export whatever produced in the industry sector so that the quality of the products goes high.
The Iranian President also stressed the increase of national production, sustainable employment, and constant export along with constant high quality as three priorities that should be put on the country's industry sector's agenda.
Two industrial and mining units for iron ore pellet production and iron ore concentrate in Sangan region of Khaf border city -Khorasan Razavi were inaugurated on June 12.
Reserving 1 billion tons, Sangan Iron Ore Complex is one of the 10 largest iron ore mines in the world and supplies 17.5 million tons of concentrate, 15 million tons of pellets and 5 million tons of iron ore in the steel industry of the Islamic Republic of Iran.

Furthermore, 8 new projects, including a home appliance production line named after martyred LT. Gen Qassem Soleimani was inaugurated by the President and Deputy Minister of Industry of the Ministry of Industry, Mines and Trade in Isfahan.
