Khuzestan (IP) - Iranian Deputy Health Minister paid a visit to Ayatollah Taleqani Hospital in Abadan city of Khuzestan, southwest of Iran, and was briefed about the treatment process of corona patients.

Iran PressIran news: Qasem Janbabaee who visited the hospital on Wednesday called the treatment of the corona patients as satisfactory adding that the number of  ICUs have been increased in the hospital.

He advised people to take health care more seriously and, and noted that the only way to resist coronavirus disease is to observe health protocols and social distancing.

The health official said those with positive coronavirus test must stay home or hospital under care.

According to the Iran's Ministry of Health Spokesman Kianoush Jahanpour so far, 876,492 COVID-19 diagnosis tests have been conducted in the country.
