Iran Press/Iran news: Iranian President Hassan Rouhani wrote on his Instagram page, "Doctors and nurses are at the forefront of the fight against coronavirus and have shown great self-sacrifice. I thank all of them. They are on stage with all their might. They continue their work, day and night, with only a short rest and a great deal of effort.”
President Rouhani further noted, “The Iranian people will certainly not forget the efforts and sacrifices of our beloved doctors and nurses. I urge all citizens to avoid travel, gatherings and unnecessary commute with sympathy, care, and obeying health recommendations to prevent further spread of the coronavirus.”
“The prerequisite for our success is the comprehensive collaboration of people and executives with the National Corona Management Headquarters,” Rouhani added.
In a press conference on the Covid-19 crisis yesterday, The Spokesman of Iran's Health Ministry Kianoush Jahanpour stated that to date, a total of 8042 people have been diagnosed with Covid-19 , and among these 291 people have lost their lives. According to the Health Ministry Spokesman, so far 2731 people have fully recovered from the disease.
