Ardabil (IP) - Iran's Minister of Energy has announced that three dams out of 10 in the 'Every Week-A-B-Campaign' are ready to go on stream in Ardabil province, in northwestern Iran, supplying water for domestic and residential consumption, for agricultural use, as well as industrial use.

Iran Press/Iran News: Energy Minister Reza Ardakanian said: "Since the beginning of the ' Every Week-A-B-Campaign' (water and electricity campaign) by president Hassan Rouhani, 90 projects in total costing 79.2 trillion Rials have been inaugurated and become operational."

He added that simultaneously, 29 other projects worth a total of 36 trillion Rials in investments have been initiated in the country, Iran Press reported.

In Ardabil, the Energy Ministry is implementing 41 projects in water, power generation, rural and urban sewage networks, costing 83.36 trillion Rials in infrastructural investments. The average progress made in each project is about 60 percent.
