Iran Press/ Iran News: The event was first local and rural championship Olympiad in Iran, marking the 40th anniversary of victory of Islamic Revolution in Iran.
1000 athletes from 14 cities of Iran participated in the event, of which, 600 were women and 400 were men; competed in 5 different local and rural games in Kermanshah, Iran Press reported.
Closing ceremony of these games is to hold today, 24th Jan. in Azadi stadium, Sahid Beheshti gym.
More than 105 local and rural games have been recognized and registered in Iran and the event was widely welcomed. 105/212
