Iran Press/Iran news: Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi conveyed his congratulations to the Palestinian resistance movement Hamas for their victory against the Israeli regime in Gaza during a telephone conversation with Khalil al-Hayya, the deputy head of the movement’s Political Bureau.
Araghchi commended the resilience of the Palestinian people in the face of Israeli aggression and highlighted their steadfastness over the past 15 months. He praised the efforts of the Palestinian resistance in compelling the occupying regime to agree to a ceasefire and prisoner exchange deal.
Araghchi reiterated Iran's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause and their legitimate resistance against occupation.
Al-Hayya updated the Iranian foreign minister on the current situation in Gaza and ceasefire negotiations, expressing gratitude for Iran's support and acknowledging the backing of resistance groups in Lebanon, Yemen, and Iraq for the Palestinian people.
