Hamas movement, on the eve of the Zionist regime's trial in The Hague on charges of genocide in Gaza, asked the International Court of Justice not to give in to US pressure.

Iran Press/ West Asia: According to the Palestinian Sama news agency, Hamas appreciated the countries that supported South Africa's brave and historic action in suing the Israeli regime at the International Court of Justice.

The Palestinian Islamic Resistance Movement also called on the International Court of Justice not to give in to the pressure and dictates of the United States on the eve of South Africa's complaint against the Zionist regime on charges of crimes against humanity and genocide in Gaza.

On Thursday, the Zionist regime will appear before the International Court of Justice in the Hague for the first time in its fake history in the case filed by South Africa against this regime on charges of genocide and war crimes against the Palestinian nation.

On January 11 and 12, the International Court of Justice will review South Africa's complaint against the Zionist regime regarding the genocide against the Palestinian people in the Gaza Strip and the request for an emergency suspension of the regime's military operations against the region.

On the 8th of December, this court announced South Africa's complaint to this international judicial authority about the genocide of the Zionists in Gaza.

The International Court of Justice announced in this regard: "South Africa's complaint is based on the fact that the Israeli regime has carried out actions aimed at ethnic cleansing in Gaza." Both South Africa and Israel are signatories to the 1948 Genocide Convention, which gives the International Court of Justice legal jurisdiction over the case.

All countries that have signed the Genocide Convention are obliged not only not to commit genocide, but also to prevent and condemn it.

During its crimes in the Gaza Strip, the Israeli army has killed more than 23 thousand Palestinians and injured more than 58 thousand others, 70% of whom are children and women. 219
