Tehran(IP): Iran's Guardian Council Spokesman stated that the Guardian Council has approved a bill that calls for a cooperation agreement between the Iran and the Russian Federation on information security.

 Iran Press/Iran news: Hadi Tahan-Nazif while speaking at his presser on Saturday said: So the bill was not against Shari'a and constitutional law.

"Based on the single-clause bill, the Tehran-Moscow cooperation agreement is comprised of an introduction, nine articles and one attachment. The bill also allows the exchange of documents between the two sides," added Iran's top official.

He further reiterated:" Also, the agreement on establishing centers for cultural activity between Iran and the Russian Federation was approved by the Guardian Council as it has not been identified against Shari'a and constitutional law."The Cultural Commission of the Iranian Parliament has put on its agenda the bill of the agreement on the establishment and framework of cultural centers between the Iranian and Russian governments.

The agreement aims to maintain cooperation between the government of Iran and Russia through cultural centers.

In line with the implementation of cooperation in humanitarian, technical cultural, and scientific, information, participating in cultural programs, and supporting Iranian expatriates to secure their rights, these centers are necessary.

Tahan-Nazif also noted: "The Iranian Guardian Council has approved the bill concerning an agreement between Iran and Kyrgyzstan to cooperate in security and law enforcement as it has not been identified against Shari'a and constitutional law.

The Iranian Parliamentarians voted to turn the security and law enforcement cooperation agreement between Tehran and Bishkek into law.

"The two countries are member states of regional organizations such as the Economic Cooperation Organization (ECO), the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO), and the Eurasian Economic Union (EAEU), which are considered significant economic and political entities in the region. 204
