Iraq, Iran Foreign Ministers urge boosting of cooperation

Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali Al-Hakim conferred on ways of boosting mutual cooperation with his Iranian counterpart Mohammad Javad Zarif in a telephone conversation late on Monday.

Iran PressMiddle East: The Iraqi Foreign Minister Mohammad Ali Al-Hakim and Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif hold a phone talk reiterating their mutual interest to promote cooperation between Tehran and Baghdad and develop strategic partnerships in all fields to help fulfill ideals of both friendly and brotherly countries, Iraqi Foreign Ministry  said in a statement.

Both Ministers also stressed the need for keeping up efforts to solve problems to help establish stability in the region.
