Iran ICT Minister:

Tehran (IP) - The Iranian Minister of Information and Communication (ICT) said more than 7 million households in the country enjoy optical fiber services, and the number will be doubled.

Iran Press/Iran news: Isa Zarepour told reporters on Wednesday on the sidelines of the cabinet session that the ICT aims to increase the scope of the optical service to 14 million households in the current year.

Zarepour referred to the aerospace developments of the country and said: "Also, this year we have planned to have more space events than last year, and within the next month or two, we will witness the unveiling and launch of new satellites."

He also touched on "Google Play" and the service will be discussed if it is to be unbanned.
