Tabriz (IP) - The 17th International Exhibition of Confectionery, Chocolate, and Related Industries is currently underway at the Tabriz International Exhibition Center, showcasing the presence of manufacturing companies.

Iran Press/Iran news: As reported by Iran Press, companies engaged in the production of confectionery, chocolate, and related equipment from various provinces including East Azerbaijan, West Azerbaijan, Tehran, Alborz, Khorasan Razavi, Isfahan, Ardabil, Fars, Gilan, Qazvin, and Mazandaran are actively participating in the Tabriz International Confectionery Exhibition. Noteworthy is the attendance of representatives from countries such as Germany, Spain, Turkey, Oman, Italy, India, and the Republic of Azerbaijan.

Maalek Rahmati, Governor of East Azerbaijan, highlighted the pivotal role of the private sector in global markets during an exclusive interview with Iran Press. He emphasized that the confectionery and chocolate industry is entirely dominated by the private sector, underscoring their success in both domestic and international markets.

Iran PressIran news: Governor Rahmati further stated that private enterprises are dedicated to staying abreast of technological advancements by monitoring global markets and adhering to international standards, thereby enhancing the quality of their products.

Alireza Mousanejad, Sales Manager of a knowledge-based company operating in this sector, noted in an interview with Iran Press that their company specializes in designing and manufacturing various devices and fully automated production lines for cakes, cookies, biscuits, and other confectionery items.

Mousanejad highlighted that their knowledge-based company has successfully exported its manufactured equipment to 60 countries while striving to remain at the forefront of modern technology.

Selmo Mohammed, Export Manager of a Mauritanian firm, praised the exhibition's high caliber and expressed interest in exploring and acquiring confectionery and chocolate production equipment from Iranian manufacturers at the Tabriz exhibition for use in their production lines.

The 17th International Exhibition of Confectionery, Chocolate, and Related Industries is scheduled to run for four days from April 23 to 26, 2024, at the Tabriz International Exhibition Center.
