Zarif, Cuban counterpart confer on phone

Tehran (IP) - Iran's Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif held a telephone conversation with his Cuban counterpart on Thursday.

Iran Press/Iran news: Mohammad Javad Zarif and Bruno Rodríguez Parrilla discussed the latest developments in bilateral relations, unilateral and illegal US sanctions against independent countries, and scientific and medical cooperation between the two countries, especially in the fight against coronavirus.

On the very same day  Foreign Foreign Minister Mohammad Javad Zarif on Thursday spoke with his Turkmen, Pakistani and Afghan counterparts on the phone.

In the Phone call with his including Ra?it Meredow, Shah Mahmood Qureshi and the Afghan Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs, Mohammad Haneef Atmar, Zarif discussed the latest developments with his counterparts in Turkmenistan, Pakistan, and Afghanistan respectively, as well as the mutual ties, and measures taken to fight against COVID-19.
