Iran Press/Iran News: In response to Iran Press correspondent's question on what measurements are required to be implemented by the Government and people in order to halt the re-outbreak of COVID-19 as the Smart Social Distancing plan will be started, Kianoush Jahanpour said: "Implementing the Smart Social Distancing will be accompanied by many hygienic limits and protocols."
"Low-risk jobs and necessary ones are going to commence their activities under hygienic protocols. 80 percent of protocols are loaded on Salamat.gov.ir.
The official added that it is unclear for now that the Smart Social Distancing plan will be implemented for how long.
Jahanpour said: "Smart distancing will begin on April 11, and its protocols will ensure the re-opening of low-risk jobs."
According to the latest figures of Iran's Health Ministry on Friday, more than 35,000 COVID-19 patients have recovered across the country, the number of patients with this disease has reached 68,192 and 4,232 people have lost their lives in the country to date.
Worldwide, there are now more than 1.6 million confirmed cases of coronavirus but from that number close to 354,000 have already recovered and death toll inches closer to 100,000.
