Iran Press/ Iran news: The Iranian Foreign Minister, Mohammad Javad Zarif in his tweet post stated that Iran's response to US EconomicTerrorism & blackmail is the opposite of what Trump was led to believe. In his tweet, Zarif also posted a picture from the US Department of State depicting the interview of CBS reporter with Mike Pompeo, the US secretary of state.
He added that our 4th step to suspend a JCPOA provision is foreseen in Para 36 of Nuclear agreement as a remedy to US+E3 violations.
The Iranian Foreign Minister stated that "Easy solution for E3/EU is to abide by their obligations and Iran will reverse course."
Since the first anniversary of the US withdrawal from JCPOA on May 8, 2018, and after European parties failed to meet Iran's interests without the United States, Iran has gradually taken steps to reduce its commitments to JCPOA every two months, and Iran is going to take the fourth step on Wednesday 6 November.
Speaking at the opening ceremony of the Azadi Innovation Factory, which supports startup and knowledge-based companies, President Hassan Rouhani commented on Iran's landmark nuclear deal with world powers, the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) and said that he will shortly give the order for the fourth incremental step to further reduce Iran's commitment to JCPOA.
