In this phone call, the Syrian Foreign Minister gave a report on recent developments and openings in Syria's relations with Arab countries, and the positive presence of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in the Arab League Summit.

During the event, Iran's foreign minister, while congratulating Syria's recent successes, called these developments positive and constructive.
