Tehran (IP) - Foreign Ministers of the Islamic Republic of Iran and Syria, in a telephone call, stressed the implementation of the agreements between the governments of the two countries.

According to Iran Press, Amir-Abdollahian and Faisal al-Mekdad also discussed the latest developments in bilateral relations and developments in the region.

In this phone call, the Syrian Foreign Minister gave a report on recent developments and openings in Syria's relations with Arab countries, and the positive presence of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad in the Arab League Summit.

During the event, Iran's foreign minister, while congratulating Syria's recent successes, called these developments positive and constructive.
