Arak (IP)- "Gosh-e fil" is one of the most popular sweets of Iranian people in the holy month of Ramadan and it is delightful to eat it with tea during Iftar.

Iran PressIran News: Most of the Iranian fasting people use "Gosh-e fil" in addition to Jalebi and Tulumba when breaking the fast. This traditional dessert has special fans in Isfahan and Central Province.

Jalebi and Tulumba are one of the favorite deserts in Iran and many other Muslim countries and are delicious sweet that is used mostly during Ramadan meal times. It is made of starch, yogurt, flour, saffron, oil, and rose water.

After baking, this sweet looks like the ear of an elephant. "Gosh-e fil" is an organic sweet and has a very pleasant taste.

Gosh-e fil sweets are prepared from inverted syrup, eggs, solid oil, baking powder, yogurt, flour, lemon juice, saffron, and rose water.

Gosh-e fil sweets are widely seen in Iranian iftar tables, along with Jalebi and Tulumba, but eating Gosh-e fil sweets also has fans in Iran on other days of the year.
