Iran Press/ Iran News: After 30 years, the US created Daesh (ISIS) to make the whole region insecure while spending trillions of dollars, but Lt. Gen. Soleimani along with the people defeated the US-backed ISIS with the reliance on the very two factors, the belief in God and endeavor, Mohammad-Bagher Ghalibaf said on Thursday.
Ghalibaf made the remarks at the 23rd Congress of Commanders and 4,000 Martyrs of Tehran's District 17.
He referred to Iran as the 5th power of the world in the aerospace area and said the progress was achieved by the Iranian youth who wholeheartedly believe in God.
Ghalibaf also pointed to the economic war against the country and noted that the very two factors could pave the way to overcome the problems.
He criticized the economic status quo in Iran and said that the economy must be administered by the people themselves so that the challenge would be overcome, pointing out that the enemies had launched a hybrid war against the country.
