Iran Press/ Iran News: Iran's Foreign Minister, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian said: "Many catastrophes in the world are due to the lack of spirituality and ethics in international relations."
Amir Abdollahian also referred to the desecration of the Holy Quran in Sweden and called on the Vatican to defend the divine religions around the world.Referring to the danger of terrorism in the world and the condemnation of terrorist acts in Afghanistan, Amir Abdollahian said: "Dialogue between religions has an important role in reducing violence and extremism."
Explaining the developments in Palestine and the brutal attack of the Zionist regime on Palestinian worshipers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, the Iranian Foreign Minister, called for an appropriate response from the followers of the Abrahamic religions to these actions.
Archbishop Paul Gallagher, the Vatican secretary for relations with states, also expressed his deep regret for the suffering of the Yemeni people.
Referring to some regional and global problems in the Palestinian issue, Archbishop stressed the need to preserve the sanctity of Al-Quds and the rights of the Palestinian people.
