Emphasizing the strategic view of the Iranian government in establishing smart diplomacy in interaction with neighboring countries, Hosseininia added that Iran is ready to exchange educational experiences and exchange trainers in order to hold specialized courses in Armenia.

The deputy minister of cooperatives, labor and social welfare of Iran stated that technical and vocational education in Iran has a good position in the upper laws and a wide organization is foreseen to realize it, and stated that there are more than 600 government education centers throughout Iran 11,000 free technical and vocational schools and 6,000 trainers in the public sector are among the capacities of the Technical and Vocational Education Organization of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
