Vienna (IP) - The Permanent Representative of Russia to International Organizations in Vienna criticizes Europe's policy against Iran.

Iran PressEurope: Commenting on the tweet of European foreign policy official Josep Borrell regarding his talks with Iran's foreign minister, Mikhail Ulyanov called it domineering and a kind of ultimatum.

Josep Borrell wrote in a tweet about his talks with Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian," Spoke with Amirabdolahian. I underlined again the EU's position on Iran's behavior: stop human rights violations, stop support to Russia's war of aggression, and stop unjustified detention of EU citizens. Iran urgently needs to cooperate with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA)."

"Sounds like an ultimatum. This is called EU diplomacy nowadays. Brussels doesn’t understand that such language doesn’t work with the authorities of Iran," Ulyanov replied.
