Tehran(IP)- Iran's Culture and Islamic Guidance Minister stresses conveying the message of Arbaeen to the world via holding the Arbaeen International Award festival.

Iran PressIran News: Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili stated: All efforts must be made to hold International Arbaeen awards more significantly and extend it as much as possible.

Esmaili made the remarks in the 8th edition of the International Arbaeen awards was held on Feb.6, 2023.Esmaili further said: Enemies do not want us to mark Arbaeen rituals and try to ban and sanction it, but by producing suitable and effective programs we should not let them do so.

Winners honored at Arbaeen Intl. Awards

 The Winners of various categories were honored during the 8th Arbaeen International Awards on Monday at the Islamic Culture and Relations Organization (ICRO) in Tehran.

The awards ceremony was attended by a number of Iranian officials, including Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance Mohammad Mehdi Esmaili.

Mohammad Ebrahim Abdolamir and Hamid Abedin from Iran took first place,  in the photo category. Artists from Iraq took first place in the photo category and second prize was given to Osama Obeid from Lebanon, and Ali Atabak from Iran stood in third place.

In the film category, Seyyed Vahid Oliai from Canada won first prize, Mohammad Haji-Maqsudi from Iran received the second award and Kazem Yusefi from Afghanistan took third prize. In the professional film section, Masud Heidari from Iran, Hesam Hadi from Iraq, and Mohammad-Mehdi Nemati from Iran won the prizes in first, second, and third places respectively.

Zainab Kobra Azad from Pakistan took first place in the travelogue category, while Abdallah Bah from Guinea and Fatemeh Ehsani from Afghanistan were respectively the winners of second and third prizes. First prize in the cyberspace category went to Nouri Sardar from England and Amina Inloes from the U.S., and Zawar Syed Tawtheeq Haider from Pakistan won second and third prizes, respectively.
