Tehran (IP) - The head of the Atomic Energy Organization of Iran (AEOI) says a pilot line for the production of stable isotopes, which is one of the parallel and alternative cases for the production of radiopharmaceuticals, will be launched in the coming days.

Iran PressIran news: Answering Iran Press on the sidelines of the cabinet weekly meeting, Mohammad Eslami said Iran is a member of the Non-Proliferation Treaty (NPT) and it is committed to it.

"Iran does not have any obligations that it has not fulfilled, and the statements in this regard are psychological war," he noted.

He added that the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action (JCPOA) was a bilateral deal, one side of which is Iran and the other side is the 5+1 group. "When the other side does not fulfill its obligations and does not remove the sanctions, there is no reason for us to adhere to the obligations."

Talking about Iran's new achievements in the nuclear industry, Eslami noted: "In the Ten-day Dawn occasion, a pilot line for the production of stable isotopes, which is one of the parallel and alternative cases for the production of radiopharmaceuticals and cancer treatment, will be launched."

Regarding Rafael Grossi, Director General of the IAEA's travel to Tehran, the head of AEOI also stated: "After the secret meeting of the European Council of Ministers, Grossi said that he is coming to Iran."
