IP- Iran's foreign minister announced the activation of two border markets between Iran and Turkiye in the near future.

Iran PressAsia: Speaking at a news conference with his Turkish counterpart Mevlut Cavusoglu in Ankara, Hossein Amir-Abdollahisn added:  One of the main topics in the talks was to focus on the comprehensive implementation of strategic cooperation between Iran and Turkey, which was signed during Erdogan's visit to Tehran last month.

"Provincial cooperation was another topic, We hope to be able to activate three border markets between Iran and Turkey in the near future," Iran's Amir-Abdollahian highlighted.About the cooperation on environment and water, the minister said: The fair use of Aras river water should be taken into consideration and Iran's water share should be respected.

Iran's Foreign Minister said: "In the talks about Afghanistan, we consider the behavior of the ruling body of that country in relation to the employment and education of women to be in conflict with the teachings of the Islamic religion."

He also announced the agreement between the two countries to transfer convicted criminals.
