Iran Press/ Iran news: Speaking at the third anniversary of the martyrdom of Martyr Soleimani in the Ministry of foreign affairs, Hossein Amirabdollahian noted that at the start of President Raisi's administration, a professional diplomat was obliged to follow this issue.
He went on to say that in the last four months, Abaas Ali Kodkhodaei was responsible for following up on the legal and international case of the assassination of Martyr Soleimani.
We have speeded up legal and international measures, through the Swiss Embassy in Tehran, we have informed the U.S. about some of the legal measures, and we will not hesitate for a moment to bring the perpetrators of this assassination to justice, the minister pointed out.
In cooperation with the Iraqi government, three rounds of technical negotiations have been held with the Iraqi side, and the fourth round will be held in Tehran next week, and all documents will be finalized, the foreign minister referred.
He added: The Iraqi government officially announced that General Soleimani was an official guest of Iraq. While the Prime Minister of the time confirmed this issue many times.
Regarding the dimensions of Martyr Soleimani's personality in the military arena, we must say that he spent time on negotiation issues.
During the talks between Iran and the U.S., he spent more than 40 hours for a one-hour conversation so that no question was left unanswered at the negotiating table, Amirabdollahian emphasized.
Martyr Soleimani did a great job in the region and that is the creation of the "Axis of Resistance", while the region was exposed to daily threats, he stated.
Even in the field of diplomacy, political manners and protocols were important for Martyr Soleimani. Even the way people sat in meetings was important to him and reminded us to respect the leaders of the countries that we help in the fight against terrorism, Amirabdollahian concluded.
"Soleimani left a good legacy in the region that is the establishment of the axis of resistance," he added.
