Iran Press/ Middle East: PFLP spokesman Abu Jamal in an interview with IranPress in Gaza stated that the resistance axis led by Lt. General Martyr Soleimani had a real fight with American terrorism under different names, including ISIS and Jabhat al-Nusra (JN).
Abu Jamal stated that everyone is aware of the main role of Martyr Soleimani in the fight against American terrorism in Iraq and Syria. Soleimani had unique military thinking and could destroy the monster of ISIS.
These days, on the anniversary of the liberation of Aleppo, from the occupation of ISIS, celebrations are being held, as Martyr Soleimani played an essential role in the destruction of ISIS in Aleppo and other areas of Syria.
General Soleimani, the commander of the Quds Force of Iran's Islamic Revolution Guards Corps (IRGC), and Iraq's Popular Mobilization Units (PMU) Abu Mahdi al-Muhandis were assassinated along with their companions in a US drone strike authorized by the former US President Donald Trump near Baghdad International Airport on January 3, 2020.
General Soleimani and his companions were highly popular because of their key role in eliminating the US-backed ISIS terrorist group in the region, particularly in Iraq and Syria.
