President Raisi offered his condolences over the martyrdom of the Sunni Muslim's Friday Prayers Leader of Imam Hossein (AS) Mosque in Khash in Sistan and Baluchestan Province, southeast of Iran.

Iran PressIran News: Molawi Abdolwahed Rigi, the Sunni Muslim's Friday Prayers Leader of Imam Hossein (AS) Mosque in Khash, was kidnapped on Thursday and martyred by anonymous individuals.

In his message, Ebrahim Raisi expressed his condolences to the family and all the people of Khash and Sistan, and Baluchistan for the martyrdom of Molawi Abdulwahid Rigi: "I expect the security and law enforcement agencies to immediately identify the perpetrators of this crime and bring them to the justice system for legal punishment."

Raisi described Molawi Abdolwahed Rigi as one of the shining figures in guarding Islamic unity and among the loyalists of the Islamic Revolution, who was proud of this selfless companionship until the last days of his noble life.

Molawi Abdolwahed was one of the influential figures of Shia-Muslim unity in the province, who had recently talked with the representative of the Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah Khamenei about the status quo of the province: 

"We are aware of the plots of the enemies. We have nothing to say other than Islam, the Islamic system, Iran, and brotherhood with the Shia."

He had noted: " We love this country, the Leader of the [Islamic] Revolution is our friend. Without this Islamic system, this country is of no benefit to us, Islam, and even the honor of Muslims."

Molawi Abdolwahed had said that he was threatened by the terrorist groups.
