Shiraz(IP) - Chief Justice of Fars province, south of Iran, announced the indictment of the defendants of the ISIS terrorist group members' attack on the pilgrims at the sacred Shrine of Shahcheragh in Shiraz, the center of Fars province.

Iran Press/Iran news: On October 26, 13 people, including two children, were martyred, and 30 pilgrims were injured in the ISIS terrorist attack on Shah Cherag, the sacred shrine of Hazrat Ahmad bin Musa (AS), in Shiraz, the capital of Fars Province, Iran.

According to the Iran Press News Agency, on the eve of the 40th day of the martyrdom ceremony for Shahcheragh pilgrims killed in the ISIS terrorist attack (PBUH), Seyyed Kazem Mousavi, the Chief Justice of Fars province, stated that the indictment of the five main defendants of the tragic incident had been issued.

The indictments have been sent to Shiraz Revolution Court, and the judicial process is underway.

"َAfter the Shahcheragh terrorist attack, investigation, identification, operation of the arrest of the defendant, and all judicial cases had been completed within the shortest possible time with special judicial supervision, Chief Justice of Fars said.

Mousavi pointed out that the charge of the five main defendants in the terrorist attack on the holy shrine of Shahcheragh (PBUH) is 'membership in the ISIS terrorist outfit, assembly, and collaboration to act against the security of the country.

He further said: The trial process will be done in the first branch of the Shiraz Islamic Revolution Court with possible speed, precision, and a particular procedure.
