Tehran(IP)- Tajikistan Minister of Energy and Water Resources stressed that the relations between Iran and Tajikistan, in the long run, are beneficial for both sides and their nations.

Iran PressIran news: The 15th Joint Economic Commission meeting of the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Republic of Tajikistan is hosted by the Iranian Minister of Energy, Ali Akbar Mehrabian and with the Tajikistan Minister of Energy and Water Resources Juma Daler in attendance.

Daler referred to the post-corona area and said that the cooperation between the two countries has started and has been implemented in the form of holding exhibitions and investing in various industrial sectors.

He added: The relations between the two countries are not only in the economic sector but also in the cultural and historical fields, and 17 documents have been signed in this regard.

The private sector should be made more active in the development of economic relations, said the official.

Highlighting that both sides can meet each other's expectations and needs, the Tajik minister stated that it is necessary to prepare the grounds for investment in other fields such as scientific, cultural, health and treatment, education, and technical and engineering services areas.
