Iran Press/ Iran news: An MoU of cooperation between the Chambers of Commerce of Iran and Belarus was signed at the meeting of the two countries businessmen in Tehran, with the visit of a Belarusian delegation visit to Iran.
Meeting with the head of the Belarusian chamber of commerce and industry, Mikhail Myatlikov, the chairman of Iran's chamber of commerce, Gholamhossein Shafei, said: "If the due measures are taken, the volume of trade will be enhanced in a short time."
Shafei said the formation of a joint trade committee could facilitate the trade ties between the private sectors of the two countries.
Myatlikov, for his part, referred to the West's sanctions against Iran and Belarus and noted that the sanctions are not limitations for the countries, but they could turn into opportunities for them.
