Tehran (IP) – Iran and Bulgaria have held a preliminary meeting for the 20th Iran-Bulgaria joint commission to arrange the deal of the assembly.

Iran PressIran News: The Managing Director of the Road and Urban Development Ministry for commercialization affairs, Amin Tarfa'a, and the Director of European Coordination and International Cooperation, Nadezhda Buhova, attended the meeting in Tehran.

Four specialized working groups attended the meeting to prepare a document for the cooperation commission.

The 19th joint summit of economic cooperation between Iran and Bulgaria was held in 2018. The 20th round of this summit is scheduled to be held in the near future.

Previously,in a phone talk with his Bulgarian counterpart Nikolay Milkov, Hossein Amir-Abdollahian exchanged views about mutual relations and some regional and international developments.

The two sides agreed that the two countries ties are good, and yet the 125th anniversary of Iran-Bulgaria diplomatic relations is an excellent opportunity for further comprehensive expansion.
