Iran Press/ Middle East: Yesterday afternoon (Sunday), six people were killed, and 81 others were injured due to a bomb explosion in Esteghlal Street, Taksim Square, Istanbul, Türkiye.
Hamas voiced solidarity with the Turkish government and people in a statement condoling the terrorist incident in Taksim Square in Istanbul.
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan also said: "We will soon identify and punish the perpetrators of the explosion."
Erdoğan emphasized that the elements that intend to weaken the Turkish government will not achieve their ambitions.
The president of Türkiye also stated that the attempt of terrorist organizations to harm Türkiye would fail.
Erdoğan added that the explosion was a terrorist attack in the Taksim area, and a woman was involved in it, and the investigation is still ongoing.
