Iranian Foreign Minister criticizes Pompeo audacity in threatening ordinary people.

Iran Press/Iran News:  Mohammad Javad Zarif  in a message slammed US Secretary of State Mike Pompeo for his audacity to threaten ordinary Iranians.

“@SecPompeo has audacity to threaten crimes against humanity targeting ordinary Iranians; then attacks media for reporting his own words,” Zarif tweeted on Monday.

'He should either own what he says, or disown what US does. Can't have it both ways,” the Iranian foreign minister added.

Earlier in a separate message, Zarif said '#WeWontForget @SecPompeo openly threatening to starve Iranians—a crime against humanity—in a desperate attempt to impose US whims on Iran. Like his predecessors, he'll also learn that—in spite of US efforts—Iran will not just survive but advance w/out sacrificing its sovereignty.”

On November 8, Iranian foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif said in a tweet that secretary of state Mike Pompeo is blaming Iran for unlawful US sanctions, just as he is blaming Yemen for unlawful actions carried out by Saudi Arabia.

"The sanctions imposed on Iran by the US target Iranian people but Iran's government will do its' best to make a proper condition for the people," Iran's foreign minister Mohammad Javad Zarif noted in an online video on November 6.

"US is very angry because the whole world stands against Washington aggressive policy against Iran," Zarif said.

Iranian Foreign Minister also called on the US to take a long hard look at its' wrong choices and change its' approach from a failed one it has stubbornly followed, instead of prescribing behavioral changes for Iran. 105
