Iran PressIran News: Attending a press briefing on Tuesday morning, Brigadier-General Gholam-Reza Jalali stated that from October 26 to November 2, programs with various topics and exercises would be held in line with civil defense.

He noted that a new level of technologies requires a scientific defense approach and conferences are held to scrutinize these approaches.

The head of Iran's Civil Defense Organization pointed out that all the capabilities of the US, Europeans, MKO, monarchists and anti-revolution groups are facing Iran.

Stating that the enemy is taking advantage of the cognitive hybrid war, he said: "They made a lot of effort to create bipolarity."

He added that Iran faced the heaviest media, cyber and cognitive attack in recent days but people acted smartly and did not let the enemies reach their goals.

Iran countered 120 heavy cyberattacks on infrastructure in the past 20 days, Jalali said, underlining that the enemy tried to use it in its propaganda campaign in this field, which was mostly lies.

"This volume of cyber threats has never been made against a country. 90% of it was dealt with," he concluded.
