Yemen (IP) - The member of the Yemeni National Salvation Government warned that if Sana'a's appropriate demands is ignored, the Yemeni forces will apply their military capabilities against the invaders.

Iran PressMiddle East: Saudi Arabia, supported by the US, along with some other states, including the UAE, have been invading Yemen through land, sea, and air since 2015, putting a blockaded on the Yemeni people.

Mohammad al-Bukati stressed on Thursday that the continuation of the blockade on the Yemeni nation meant the continuation of war.

He said: "The invader countries use military power to prevent commercial ships from entering Yemen, especially oil products, while they know that these shipments are not military."

The war of Saudi Arabia and its allies on Yemen have so far killed and injured hundreds of thousands of Yemenis and displaced four million people.

Referring to the UN-brokered two-month ceasefire between the Saudi-led coalition and Yemen, Al-Bukati said the facilities resulted from the past ceasefires and the duration of them were very limited. He also noted: "As a result, as long as the blockade continues, we cannot agree to a long-term ceasefire, because the blockade is one of the forms of aggression and the continuation of war."

He warned that in case the blockade was not lifted and the demands of the Yemeni government were ignored, the Yemeni Army would launch military operations right in the depth of the Saudi regime and UAE.

The Yemeni official the addressed the American authorities: "The US should not think that we are afraid of taking such military actions, because as I said, we do not take any military step without calculation. In the past, we operationalized many of our threats and achieved our goals."

Last time, the Yemeni army and popular committees targeted the Aramco facility in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on Friday evening, March 25, in response to the crimes of the Saudi aggression coalition.
