Iran Press/ Iran news: Members of Iran’s parliament held a closed session on Sunday morning to investigate the latest unrest in the country.
The rioters who instigated the brawl in some parts of the country, including Tehran, are destroying the public properties of the Iranian nation, injuring police officers, and even attacking the hospitals' vehicles, the ambulances.
The Speaker of the Parliament, Mohammad Bagher Ghalibaf, said in the statement: "Many of those who initially protested the death of Amini did not have the goal to overthrow the political system and were against anti-security measures, but the opponents of the Islamic Republic abroad shed crocodile tears for Mrs. Amini and started incitement and operations against the security of the people."
On 16 September 2022, a 22-year-old Iranian woman named Mahsa Amini died in Tehran, under suspicious circumstances, allegedly due to police detention.

He added: Security is the minimum duty that a system must provide for its people. But on the other hand, creating chaos in the streets weakens unity and economic loss.
After the death of Ms. Amini and the protests and street riots, the government restricted citizens' access to the Internet so that the rebels would not use it for their own purposes.
Referring to the internet restrictions in recent days, he said: This incident has caused many businesses to be damaged, and the enemy, who was ready to lift the sanctions until yesterday, increased his economic pressure.
"Of course, dealing authoritatively with those who endanger people's security does not mean that we are not going to solve the problems and social; difficulties, we must modify the structures and methods of implementing the morality police in such a way that such incidents do not happen again," Ghalibaf noted.
"Right to protest is one of the achievements that the Islamic Revolution has given to the people. Recently, we have had protests in social media and in the streets that have led to reforms," the parliament spokesman added.
Unfortunately, recently separatist groups have taken advantage of the conditions inside the country and disrupted the security of Zahedan city, but the people of that province rejected them with vigilance," Ghalibaf said.
