Tehran (IP) - The Government spokesman says Iran will export auto parts to Russia.

Iran PressIran news: In his weekly press briefing, in response to Iran Press on the MoUs signed between Iran and Russia on the sidelines of the "MIMS Automobility Moscow 2022" exhibition, Ali Bahadori-Jahormi said that Iranian auto parts makers and car manufacturers had an active presence in the exhibition. 

He highlighted: "The total value of 12 memorandums signed between Tehran and Moscow are 700 million euros per year, and some of them have even been implemented, and their financial transactions are based on ruble and rial."   

The spokesperson of the government reminded that Iran and Russia are expanding cooperation in various sectors such as agriculture, industry, space, trade routes, rail, and automobiles.   

Pointing out that one of the requirements for the development of the automobile industry is its economization, he concluded: "when we can expand the markets of our products, and the parts manufacturers have an export opportunity, the country's products will be more economical, and it will be possible to invest in the field of research and this, in turn, will lead to progress in the country's automobile industry.
