Iran Press/ Iran news: According to Iran Press on Monday, the Deputy Foreign Minister of Bolivia Freddy Mamani Machaca and the accompanying delegation who have traveled to the Islamic Republic of Iran to hold the first joint economic commission and the fourth meeting of political consultations, met with Iran's Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
In this meeting, Amir-Abdollahian pointed out the importance of relations between Iran and South America and stated that the development of cooperation with Bolivia is of interest and concern of the Islamic Republic of Iran.
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Iran also announced the readiness of the private sector of the Islamic Republic of Iran to develop economic relations with Bolivia, implement infrastructure projects in this country, export technical and engineering services to Bolivia, and increase bilateral trade in areas of interest, including agriculture.
Freddy Mamani Machaca, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia, in this meeting, while considering this trip as useful in learning about the high capacities of the Islamic Republic of Iran, emphasized the need for cooperation and solidarity between the two countries to strengthen multilateralism and strengthen international peace and security.
The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Bolivia also described Iran's capabilities and capacities in the fields of industry, science, technology and medicine as impressive and considered the holding of the joint economic commission of the two countries as an important opportunity in the development of relations between the two countries.
