Mashhad (IP) - Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps navy commander has said that cooperation with the Israeli regime threatens and disrupts the security of the Persian Gulf.

Iran PressIran news: Navy Rear Admiral Alireza Tangsiri reiterated that the security of Iran's neighbors is as important as that of Iran.

Addressing the closing ceremony of twenty second conference of Iran's navy force commanders and officials in Mashhad, Tangsiri said Iran warns regional countries against providing any opportunities for arrogant powers to form a military alliance against other nations in the region.

He added that if this happens, such countries themselves will first pay the cost of their unfriendly and provocative moves and second the region will suffer from insecurity and instability.

He said that the Israeli regime's presence anywhere has always ended into sedition, looting and aggression.

IRGC navy commander went on to say that maintaining Iran's territorial integrity and independence is the red line of the IRGC.
