Iran Press/ Asia: According to Iran Press correspondent in the Konay Islamic Solitary games stadium, Mohammad Sadegh Firouzpour defeated Nour Kipanov from Kazakhstan 3-2 in the semifinals of the Islamic Countries Solidarity Games, ascending to the finals of the competitions.
The match lasted 2-2 until the last seconds; the coaches of the Kazakh rival requested a challenge, but the challenge failed to be approved by the jury, and Firozpur won the match 3-2.
Firozpur defeated earlier Erilmaz from Turkey and Erzu Isakov from Jordan, respectively, 9-6 and 13-4 in the first and second games.
